We’re launching a new communication tool to enhance your clients’ experience as they approach the end of their fixed-rate period — and to make it easier for you to support them in choosing their next product.
How it works:
From 11 September, clients will automatically receive timely, personalised notifications starting 6 months before their fixed-rate term ends. These messages will clearly outline their options — whether that’s re-fixing, switching to a variable rate, or exploring other products.
If they decide to go ahead with a product transfer, they can do this online directly with us or through you. Either way, your broker commission payments will remain the same, and will be paid in a weekly payment run following the Product Transfer going live.
This tool ensures clients are contacted at just
the right time, helping them make informed decisions — while keeping you in the loop every step of the way.

We have also simplified our Energy Efficiency Discount for Product Transfers:
For Buy-to-Let products, if the property had an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rated A, B or C on the original application, we will automatically apply a 0.25% discount to the Arrangement Fee.
For portfolio applications, a minimum of 80% of the properties must carry an EPC rating or A, B or C in order to qualify for the discount.
