Our new 5-year fixed rates starting from 5.69% and reduction of other rates by up to 75bps

We’re excited to announce our new 5-year fixed mortgage rates, starting from just 5.69%.

We’ve also reduced rates across our Professionals and Premier/High-Net-Worth ranges, making it even easier for people living and working in the UK to find the right mortgage.

Key Highlights:

  • Owner Occupier: 5-year fixed rates from 5.89% (up to 90% LTV)
  • Buy-to-Let: 5-year fixed rates from 5.69% (up to 75% LTV)
  • Professionals: We have reduced our 2-year and 5-year fixed rates on Professionals range by up to 75 basis points, resulting in rates now starting from 5.59% (two-year) and 6.14% (five-year). Professionals (including nurses) can now borrow up to 6.5x their income.
  • Premier/High-Net-Worth: 2-year fixed from 5.99%, 5-year fixed from 6.29%. This range is designed for High Net Worth (HNW) borrowers who are considered “asset rich” but potentially “income light”.
