We’re introducing new limited edition mortgage rates, helping you to find the right mortgage for your clients.
We aim to give brokers as much notice as possible when we make changes to our product range, but due to the ongoing volatility in the market we want to make you aware that these rates may be withdrawn at short notice.
Limited edition – buy to let
Individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties
► 5 year fixed with zero fee, 5.34% to 75% LTV
Multi property product for individual and company landlords with residential investment properties
► 5 year fixed with zero fee, 5.29% to 75% LTV
HMO
► 5 year fixed with a 5% fee, 4.64% to 75% LTV (free valuation)
Limited edition – Residential Owner Occupied
High LTV – Level 1
► 2 year fixed with zero fee, 6.43% to 90% LTV
► 2 year fixed with zero fee, 6.79% to 95% LTV
High LTV – Level 2
► 2 year fixed with zero fee, 6.92% to 90% LTV
We’re also extending Level 1 remortgage only cashback range for 2 & 3 year fixed.
