Foundation Home Loans has updated its range across the direct to lender and packaged range. Brilliant Solutions offers fees free packaging across the range as well as direct to lender access with payment on completion.
Today (7th November 2025) we’ve made some exciting updates to our Residential range, including a refresh of our Residential Green products.
Highlights of today’s changes:
- NEW F1 and F2 Green product range now available – with a NEW F1 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed rate product at 5.29% and NEW F1 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed rate product at 5.59%, with selected rate reductions of up to 10bps for 2 and 5 Year Fixed rate products, now all available with a £595 product fee and a £500 Cashback.
- NEW F3 Green product range now available at 75% LTV for 2 and 5 Year Fixed rate products with rates starting from 5.89%, all available with a £595 product fee and a £500 Cashback.
- NEW F4 Green product range now available at 75% LTV for 2 and 5 Year Fixed rate products with rates starting from 6.19%, all available with a £595 product fee and a £500 Cashback.
- NEW F1 Core 5 Year Fixed rate product, 65% LTV at 5.49% with a £995 product fee.
- Selected rate redutions to our F1 Remortgage Only Products of up to 0.15% – Rates starting from 5.49% with a £595 fee, no application fee, £300 cashback and one free standard valuation
- Selected rate reductions to our F1 core range of 0.10% for 5 Year Fixed rate products at 80%, 85% and 90% LTV all with a product fee of £995
