Mortgage Product Updates
We’re making some changes to our new lending and existing customer mortgage range. These changes affect new mortgage applications, new rate switch applications and new additional borrowing applications only.
Key Product Updates – New Lending
Selected Residential Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.17%
Selected Buy to Let and Portfolio Buy to Let Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.11%
New Residential Fixed rates introduced at 75% and 85% LTV
Residential 65% LTV 2-year Fixed rates withdrawn
Key Product Updates – Existing Customer
Selected Residential Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%
New Residential Fixed rates introduced at 85% LTV
Key Product Updates – Additional Borrowing
Selected Residential Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%
Selected Green Additional Borrowing Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.13%
New Residential Fixed rates introduced at 85% LTV
