TSB is making further rate reductions to selected Residential products.
On Wednesday 19 November, TSB is making further rate reductions to selected Residential products, alongside end date changes.
For a full list of the withdrawn products, click on the link below:
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 85-95% LTV, by 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed Shared Ownership House Purchase 85-95% LTV, by 0.10%
Residential product end dates:
- Move out to the end of February

The new product guide will be available to download from the website on Wednesday 19 November.
For Residential applications, remember:
- 60% of latest bonus accepted for affordability.
- Credit commitments to be repaid prior to or on completion won’t impact affordability.
