TSB is making further reductions to its Residential range.
On Friday 5 December, TSB is making further selected rate reductions to its Residential and Product Transfer ranges.
Please submit existing applications for these products by the end of Thursday 4 December, as they won’t be available after this time.
Residential
Rates reducing on:
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 85-90% LTV, by 0.05%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV £0 fee, by 0.10%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-90% LTV, by up to 0.20%
- 3 and 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-85% LTV, by up to 0.15%
- 2 Year Fixed Shared Ownership House Purchase 85-90% LTV, by 0.05%
Product transfer
Rates reducing on:
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 80-85% LTV £995 fee, by 0.05%
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 85-90% LTV £0 fee, by 0.05%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 75-85% LTV £995 fee, by 0.05%

For Product Transfer applications, remember:
- Cancellation cut-off of 14 days before the Product Transfer completes applies.
- Declarations can be signed digitally using TSB software.
