You can now submit porting cases online

We’re committed to using tech to speed up common sense, but not replace it.

We’ve removed all forms in the process so you can now submit porting cases online directly via MSO, making the process faster, simpler, and more efficient.

How to create a porting case

Your client’s existing mortgage product won’t appear in MSO by default. Before moving from DIP to full mortgage application, you must call us.

  • Log in to MSO and create a New Case
  • Select New Purchase
  • Submit a Decision in Principle (DIP)
  • Call us, regardless of the DIP result. Make sure you have your clients Mortgage account number and DIP case ID ready.
  • During the call, we’ll manually add your client’s existing mortgage product(s) to the application – You can then proceed with the full mortgage application.
