For the first time, you will now be able to access and source our end-to-end property development finance solution directly through the Brickflow platform, expanding your options and giving you direct access to our offerings.

Max loan size £3m
Land-only purchases accepted (up to 50% LTV)
Can be accepted without planning permission

Up to 90% LTC and up to 70% GDV
