We’re excited to share a series of enhancements across our Residential Mortgage range, including rate reductions starting from 4.94% and the launch of two brand‑new price plans.

All new interest rates and product bandings will be available on the UTB Mortgages Portal on Monday 19 January, and listed on all major sourcing systems shortly. All pipeline applications sold on older products will be honoured until Friday 27 March.

- No CCJs/defaults in 48 months
UPDATED Prime Plans:
- 2yr Fixed from 5.79%
- 3yr Fixed from 5.74%
- 5yr Fixed from 6.19%
- 5yr Fixed with No ERC from 7.39%
- This range now allows 1 in 12 for secured loans/mortgages and 1 in 24 for CCJs/defaults below 85% LTV
NEW Specialist Plans:
- 2yr Fixed from 6.69%
- 3yr Fixed from 6.64%
- 5yr Fixed from 6.69%
- 5yr Fixed with No ERC from 7.79%
- Up to 80% LTV;
- Up to two CCJs and two defaults in 24 months
- Allows 2 missed mortgage payments in 12 months
