TSB is making changes to selected Residential products.
On Friday 6 February, TSB is making selected rate changes to its Residential, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges.

Please submit existing applications for these products by the end of Thursday 5 February, as they won’t be available after this time.
Residential
Rates increasing on:
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-90% LTV (including Affordable Housing), by 0.05%
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-85% LTV (including Affordable Housing), by 0.05%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-60% LTV, by 0.10%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 60-90% LTV £995 and £0 fee, by up to 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 75-85% LTV, by 0.05%
Rates reducing on:
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 90-95% LTV (including Affordable Housing), by 0.05%
Product Transfer
Rates increasing on:
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-80% LTV, by up to 0.15%
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 80-85% LTV £995 fee, by 0.05%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed, by up to 0.10%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-85% LTV, by 0.05%
Additional Borrowing
Rates increasing on:
- Residential 2, 3 and 5 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
