Product update
Further to our email on Thursday advising of upcoming changes, we can confirm that our fixed rates will increase tomorrow.
- 2-year fixed rates will increase by 40bps
- 5-year fixed rates will increase by 35bps

Over recent weeks, we have held our rates for as long as possible. When it became necessary to reprice, we made a conscious decision to provide a few days advance notice to allow brokers time to submit applications and secure existing rates.
We recognise how challenging it can be when products are withdrawn at short notice, and we hope this approach has supported brokers in managing their pipeline.
