We’re increasing selected rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Thursday 26 March.
Purchase
- 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.70%
- 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.65%
- 10 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.60%
- Shared Ownership fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.70%
- 65% & 75% LTV 2 year tracker rates with £999 fee will be increased by 0.10%
Remortgage
- 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.65%
- 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.60%
- 75% LTV 10 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.55%
BTL
- 2 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.75%
- 5 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.65%
Product Transfer
- 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.40%
- 3 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.40%
- 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.40%
- 10 year fixed rates will be increased by 0.30%
- 65% & 75% LTV 2 year tracker rates with £999 fee will be increased by 0.10%
- 2 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by 0.50%
- 3 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.50%
- 5 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by 0.40%
