More choice and improved rates! From tomorrow (Tuesday 31 March 2026), two new 2 Year discount products join our residential remortgage range.
Available at 60% and 75% LTV, both products have no application fee and include an £800 completion fee, and £250 cashback, designed to make the remortgage process as straightforward as possible for your clients.

- Remortgage – 2 Year Discount 4.09% variable (2.80% off Homeowner Variable Rate) – 60% LTV – H2D01
- Remortgage – 2 Year Discount 4.34% variable (2.55% off Homeowner Variable Rate) – 75% LTV – H2D02
