We’re increasing selected rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Thursday 9 April.
Purchase
- 65% & 75% LTV 2 year tracker rates with £999 fee will be increased by 0.10%
Remortgage
- 65% & 75% LTV 2 year tracker rates with £999 fee will be increased by 0.10%
Product Transfer
- 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%
- 3 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.05%
- 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%
- Selected 2 year tracker rates with £999 fee will be increased by 0.10%
- 2 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%
- 3 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.05%
- 5 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.05%
