Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Friday 17 April 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Friday 17 April:
Homemover and First time buyer
- Rate decreases of up to 0.35% on fixed rate products

- The product search tool on the Halifax Intermediaries website, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by Friday 17 April.
- To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by 8pm on Thursday 16 April.
