Mortgage Range Changes – Effective from 7th May 2026
Our updated mortgage range will be live on our website 9am, Thursday 7th May 2026.
Our current range will be removed 5pm, Wednesday 6th May 2026.

Residential
- 2-year fixed 65%, 75%, 80% & 85% LTV products by up to 0.10%
- 5-year fixed 65%, 75%, 80% & 85% LTV products by up to 0.09%
- 3-year fixed 75%, 80% & 85% LTV products by 0.05%
- 2, 3 & 5-year fixed 90% LTV product by up to 0.06%
The above changes also apply to our CIS 6 months and 1 year self-employed products.
Residential (with cashback)
- 2 & 5-year fixed 65% LTV products by up to 0.10%
- 2 & 5-year fixed 75% LTV products by up to 0.09%
- 2 & 5-year fixed 80% LTV products by up to 0.12%
