We’re reducing fixed rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Tuesday 12 May.
Purchase
- 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.26%
- 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.24%
- Shared Ownership fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.26%
Remortgage
- 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.24%
- 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.10%
