Our latest mortgage product update
We’re making some changes to our new lending, existing customer and additional borrowing ranges. These changes affect new mortgage applications, new rate switch applications and new additional borrowing applications.
Key Product Updates – New Lending
- Residential end dates extended to August
- New Residential fixed-rate products introduced
- Selected Residential fixed rates reduced
- Selected Shared Ownership & Buy to Let fixed rates reduced
Key Product Updates – Rate Switch
- Residential fixed rate end dates extended to August
- Selected Residential fixed rates reduced
- Selected Shared Ownership & Buy to Let fixed rates reduced
If you are planning to change product on a submitted rate switch, ensure you provide 3 days’ notice before the cut off.

- Selected Residential fixed rates reduced
- Residential fixed rate end dates extended to August
Any applications on withdrawn products must be submitted by midnight on Monday, 18 May 2026 – see our latest updates for details. You’ll be able to apply for any new products from the stated launch date.
