We’re repricing some of our products
Due to continued market volatility, we are making some changes to our Five-Year Fixed Rate products from 5:00pm today, Friday 15th May 2026.
Please find full details below:
- Our Five-Year Fixed Rate products with 3% fee across Standard and Limited Company ranges will increase by 20bps
Our HMO/MUFB products, our Two-Year Fixed Rate products across our Standard and Limited Company ranges, and our Five-Year Fixed Rate zero-fee and fixed-fee products all remain unchanged.
To secure a product from our existing range:
Full applications must be submitted by: 5:00pm on Friday 15th May 2026.
Please note: All applications must be fully completed with all relevant fees paid and the case showing as ‘valuation instructed’ by 5:00pm on Friday 15th May 2026 to secure the rate applied for.
