We’re reducing rates on selected Fixed Rate products
We’re pleased to confirm that we’re making a number of rate reductions across our buy-to-let product range, please see further details below.
- Rate reduction: Two-Year Fixed Rate 75% LTV HMO/MUFB product with 3% fee reduced by 20bps, including EPC A-C equivalent
- Rate reduction: Five-Year Fixed Rate 75% LTV products with 3% fee reduced by 10bps across our Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB ranges, including EPC A-C variations
