Income Plus: What does 6x LTI look like, really?

As part of our Income Plus expansion we’ve improved our criteria – from 5.5x to up to 6x loan to income (LTI). That means more potential borrowing power for first time buyers (FTBs), home movers and remortgagers – and more cases to place.

This isn’t a small change – it’s a biggie. Moving to 6x LTI for qualifying incomes stands up to the rising house price challenge many people face – clients who may have been priced out could now find themselves priced in.

Find out more about our improved Income Plus criteria

That extra bit of LTI is often the difference between a flat and a family home – or buying and not buying.

Our increased LTI could make a huge difference to people’s lives – and means brokers can get on and support more clients.

See all the criteria and information you need on our Income Plus page.
