Here’s a summary of our new special edition product switch rates:
Individuals and companies with single residential investment properties
► New 2 year fixed special edition, 6.44% with zero fee, to 70% LTV
When switching your clients, you’ll need to have their mortgage account number to hand. You’ll need to contact your client for this. It’s the number that begins with a 1.
