Building on our recent bridging enhancements, this latest update gives you even more scope to help clients looking to invest in or refurbish commercial property. With increased leverage and the support of our specialist bridging team, we’re here to help you tailor the right solution and get more cases over the line.
Here’s how we’ve improved our bridging proposition recently…
- NEW: Up to 75% LTV now available on eligible commercial bridging loans.
- Up to 90% day-one LTV available through our Lending for Refurbishment Costs (LFC) proposition.
- Reduced rates across the range, with rates from 0.69% on loans over £150k.*
- Lower minimum loan size, now from £100k.
- Streamlined underwriting with broader eligibility and greater flexibility for first-time refurbishment and commercial bridging borrowers.
- Up to 75% LTV available on eligible individual houses and flats through our AVM bridging proposition
