Accord are increasing rates in their Residential and Buy to Let Product Transfer ranges
Accord knows that timely updates help brokers support their clients, so they’ll aim to give them at least 24 hours’ notice of any upcoming changes.
On Friday 31 July, Accord are making changes to their Residential Product Transfer & Additional Loans, Buy to Let Product Transfer and Residential New Business ranges. The current ranges will be withdrawn at 10pm, Thursday 30 July and the new ranges will be available at 8am, Friday 31 July.
What’s changing?
Residential Product Transfers and Additional Loans
- All fixed rates are increasing by 0.15% (except 5 year 65% LTV which is increasing by 0.20%)
- No change to tracker rates
- End dates extended to 30th November
Buy to Let Product Transfers
- 2-year fixed rates increasing by 0.05% – 0.10%
- 3-year fixed rates increasing by 0.10%
- 5-year fixed rates increasing by 0.10%
- End dates extended to 30th November
Residential New Business
- End dates extended to 30th November
What else do you need to know?
Please note that a full mortgage application must be submitted by the time of withdrawal to secure a new lending product. If a broker is yet to submit a DIP, they should do so as soon as possible as any referrals will only be looked at during normal office hours.
