Property concentration criteria enhancements
We have improved our property concentration criteria for flats and maisonettes. And we’re now giving you more detail on the maximum concentration allowed where the landlord is not the freeholder, or only owns a share of the freehold.
For example, you will now be able to submit all of a 4 unit block with us, providing your client is an eligible freeholder.
