Launch of New Build Affordability Boost
We are expanding our New Build proposition to include an Affordability Boost offering, and this will be launching on Wednesday 19th August.
As a reminder, our Affordability Boost range offers a more favourable affordability assessment for fixed-rate mortgages of over five years. That means those looking for a longer-term fixed-rate mortgage could borrow more than they initially thought with an Affordability Boost product.
