We’re increasing BTL Product Transfer rates and reducing new business fixed rates
We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Wednesday 19 August.
Purchase
- 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.09%
- 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.08%
- Shared Ownership fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.09%
Remortgage
- 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.06%
- 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.10%
BTL Product Transfer
- Selected 2 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.05%
- Selected 3 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%
- Selected 5 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.08%
