Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Monday 24 August 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Monday 24 August:
Homemover and First time buyer
- Rate reductions of up to 0.11% on selected fixed rate products
Remortgage
- Rate reduction of 0.13% on 60% loan to value 2 year fixed rate with £1,999 product fee
Product Transfer and further advance
- No changes

- The product search tool on the Halifax Intermediaries website, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by Monday 24 August.
- To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by 5pm Saturday 22 August
