Santander increasing fixed rates on 14 September
On Monday 14 September, we’re increasing most residential fixed rates and all BTL fixed rates in our new business range. We’re also increasing most fixed rates in our product transfer range.
There are no changes to tracker rates.

- Fixed rate product codes will be replaced across our new business range. Fixed and tracker rate product codes will be replaced across our product transfer range.
- Submit applications and PT requests on our current ranges by 6pm on Sunday 13 September.
- Rate bulletin (issue 25) and new build rate bulletin (issue 25) will be available on our website on Monday 14 September.
- Log on to Introducer Internet to view your client’s choice of PT rates on Monday 14 September. See the product transfer rate bulletin (effective 14 September 2026) on our website.
