Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Friday 2 October 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Friday 2 October:
Homemover and First time buyer
- Selected rate increases of up to 0.10% on 2,3 and 5 year fixed products
Remortgage
- Selected rate increases of up to 0.15% on 2,3 and 5 year fixed products
Product Transfer and further advance
- Selected rate increases of up to 0.15% on 2,3 and 5 year fixed products

- The product search tool on the Halifax Intermediaries website, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by Friday 2 October
- To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by 8pm Thursday 1 October
