FURNESS OFFERS 90% LTV ACROSS ENGLAND, SCOTLAND AND WALES
Furness Building Society is getting ready to launch a 90% LTV product which brokers will be able
to access across England, Scotland and Wales. The product is a 2 year fixed rate at 3.49%,
carries a £999 fee and will be open to first time buyers, home movers and also for remortgages.
The 90% LTV product will be available from Monday 14 December and will offer a free legal and
valuation fee package on standard remortgages in England and Wales, with an incentive package
for Scottish cases.
The lender had previously restricted lending at 90% LTV to its heartland area (LA postcodes) and
the great news is that for customers living within Furness’ heartland, the lower rate of 3.39% fixed
for 2 years, with no fee, is still available.
New 90% LTV, 2 Year Fixed Rate
We’ve added to our 90% LTV product range, available exclusively for LA postcodes, offering something different for our heartland customers.
Our new 2 year fixed rate, priced at 3.39%, has no product fee to pay and is available not only for first time buyers but also homemovers and remortgages. This means that all products within our 90% range are now available for home movers and remortgages.
Customers looking to remortgage with Furness will be entitled to a free legal and valuation package for standard remortgages.
These mortgages are exclusively available to our local communities and are limited to properties that fall within our Heartland area with an LA postcode.
We’re happy to lend on new build houses, take family gifted deposits and can even help with close family joining the mortgage in the early stages of the loan to help with affordability with our Joint Applicant Sole Borrower proposition.
