Product Refresh
On Monday 1 March, we’re making the following changes to our product range:
Product transfers (PT) and further advance (FAD)
- Rate increase in 5 year fixed 75% LTV £995 fee product
- All current range of product end dates extended by three months of the relevant year
Please ensure any applications on existing products are fully submitted before 5pm on Saturday 27 February.
