We’re launching a new Residential mortgage product tomorrow, Tuesday 9th February. This change affects new mortgage applications only.
New Business
- New Residential 5 Year 75% LTV product launch.
New Residential fixed rates
We’ve launched new Residential mortgage products and made changes to a number of our other mortgage products.
These products are only available for new mortgage applications.

- New Residential fixed rates launched
- Selected Buy to Let and Portfolio Buy to Let rates reduced by 0.05%
- End dates on our Residential, Interest Only and Retirement Interest Only extended until May
