On Thursday 16h July we will be revising a number of rates across our mortgage ranges. They affect new customers only.
New Business
- New Holiday Let fixed rates launched, available up to 70% LTV.
- New Residential fixed rate launched, available up to 80% LTV.
- WITHDDRAWN 2 Year 65% LTV fixed rate withdrawn (product code 25749).
Applications on above 2 products must be submitted by close of business Wednesday, 15th July, the 3rd by 5pm Thursday 16th. See our latest updates product guide for details.
