Our ‘Non-Portfolio’ product, with a rate of 3.69%, is exclusively available via our revolutionary new digital portal, MyShawbrook Buy-to-Let. It has been designed for cases with simple requirements that will benefit most from the automation features of the system.
Highlights:
- Five-year fixed rate of 3.69%
- Up to 75% LTV
- Available to non-portfolio landlords with single dwelling applications
- Must qualify for and proceed with an AVM – eliminating valuation costs
- Available to first-time landlords
- 0.75% commission
- Only available via My Shawbrook Buy-to-Let
MyShawbrook Buy-to-Let removes the heavy lifting for these types of applications, making for a near-effortless buy-to-let application journey and allowing our expert Underwriters to focus on more complex cases, improving the Shawbrook experience for all.

Making the rest of our offering more competitive, we’ve cut the rates across our Buy-to-Let range by 0.60% on mortgages up to £1m.
