Accord Mortgages have released an update on their product range, the details are set out below. Accord products are available through our direct to lender mortgage club so contact us for more information on how our club can support your business.
We’re making changes to our product transfer & additional loans ranges
Applies to: Residential Product Transfer & Additional loans only
We’re increasing selected rates across to our residential product transfer and additional loan ranges at 8am on Thursday 19 November.
30 products in the 65% to 90% LTV tiers will be increasing by between 0.01% and 0.26%.
We’re cutting the rate on our 5 year, 65% LTV, £1,495 fee product by 0.05%.
44 products will remain unchanged
The current range of products will be withdrawn at 8pm on Monday 30 November and the new products will available from 8am on Tuesday 1 December.
Our full range of Product Transfer rates are available to existing Accord clients whose current deal is coming to an end or they’re mortgage rate is our SVR
