Accord Mortgages have released an update on their product range, the details are set out below. Accord products are available through our direct to lender mortgage club so contact us for more information on how our club can support your business.
Accord are increasing selected rates in their Residential New Business product range
The current range will be withdrawn at 8pm 9th March and the new range will be available at 8am 10th March.
What’s changing?
- £1495 fee house purchase products at 60%, 75% and 85% LTV will be increased by 0.05%
- Selected fixed rate products at 85% LTV will be increased by up to 0.33%
- Selected fixed rate products at 90% LTV will be increased by up to 0.40%
- Selected fixed rate products at 95% LTV will be increased by up to 0.37%.
When is this change?
The current range will be withdrawn at 8pm 9th March and the new range will be available at 8am 10th March.
