Accord are changing rates across their residential new business range

Accord are withdrawing products across their residential new business range on Tuesday 10th May at 8pm, new products will be available on Wednesday 11th May from 9am.
What’s changing?
- 75% LTV – Rates increased by up to 0.33%
- 80% LTV – Rates increased by up to 0.36%
- 85% LTV – Rates increased by up to 0.36%
- 90% LTV – Rates increased by up to 0.28%
- 95% LTV – Rates increased by 0.08%
- Discounted SVR rates increased by 0.08%
- Help to Buy rates increased by up to 0.18%
When is this change?
Existing products will be withdrawn on Tuesday 10th May at 8pm and new products will be available on Wednesday 11th May at 9am.
What else do brokers need to know?
Accord have undertaken a review of their affordability model, and recently updated some of the factors related to cost of living expenditure, to make sure they continue to lend responsibly.
