Update for brokers regarding the Homes for Ukraine Scheme
We’re happy to confirm that any mortgage customers who have been accepted on to the government’s Homes for Ukraine scheme do not need to advise us or provide any information, and no changes will be made to their current mortgage product.
We’ve worked to make it as easy and simple as possible for brokers and borrowers to support people fleeing the conflict in Ukraine.

Residential and BTL new business product changes, and 2 & 3 year additional lending product
changes
Existing rates we’re withdrawn on Sunday 10 th April at 8pm and new rates we’re available from Monday 11 th April at 9am.
All Accord Residential and Buy to Let new business products and 2 & 3 year additional lending products were re-launched to ensure correct reversionary rates were applied to products following the increase to our Standard Variable Rate on Sunday 10th April.
In addition, selected Residential New Business products had rate changes.
