Accord Update

Accord Mortgages have released an update on their product range, the details are set out below.  Accord products are available through our direct to lender mortgage club so contact us for more information on how our club can support your business. 

We’re making changes to our Residential New Business and Residential Product Transfer and Additional Loans product ranges

We appreciate the market is volatile at present, and whilst not always possible, we will endeavour to give you at least 24 hours’ notice of any upcoming changes.

On Thursday 14 November, we’re making changes to our Residential New Business and Residential Product Transfer and Additional Loans product ranges.

The current ranges will be withdrawn at 10pm on Wednesday 13 November (8pm for Residential Product Transfer and Additional Loans) and the new ranges will be available at 8am Thursday 14 November.

What’s changing?

Residential New Business changes

  • Fixed rate products up to 90% LTV increasing by 0.25%
  • Selected fixed rate products at 95% LTV increasing by up to 0.20%
  • No changes to £5k Deposit Mortgage and tracker products

Residential Product Transfer and Additional Loans changes

All fixed rates are increasing by 0.20% with the exception of

  • 2 year 95% LTV (no change)
  • 3 year 90% LTV is increasing by 0.09% 

No change to BBR trackers or end dates.

There are no other changes.

What else do you need to know?

New Business cases only – Please note that a full mortgage application must be submitted by the time of withdrawal to secure a new lending product. If you are yet to submit a DIP, please do so as soon as possible as any referrals will only be looked at during normal office hours.

If you wish to amend your client’s already offered product to a like-for-like deal you can do so via our switching form; however, this must be submitted no later than 14 days before the current product end date.
