Accord Mortgages have released an update on their product range, the details are set out below. Accord products are available through our direct to lender mortgage club so contact us for more information on how our club can support your business.
RATES INCREASING ACROSS OUR 60% LTV PRODUCT TRANSFER RANGE AND EXTENDED ALL END DATES
We’re making the following changes to our BTL Product Transfer range at 6pm Friday 16th October.
EBT rates going up
We’re increasing rates on all 6 products in our 60% LTV range by 0.05%:
- 2 year fixed £0 fee product to increase from 1.95% to 2.00% (old product code 300380-new product code 300404)
- 2 year fixed £950 fee product to increase from 1.70% to 1.75% (old product code 300382-new product code 300406)
- 2 year fixed £1495 fee product to increase from 1.62% to 1.67% (old product code 300384-new product code 300408)
- 5 year fixed £0 fee product to increase from 2.08% to 2.13% (old product code 300381-new product code 300405)
- 5 year fixed £950 fee product to increase from 1.92% to 1.97% (old product code 300383-new product code 300407)
- 5 year fixed £1495 fee product to increase from 1.87% to 1.92% (old product code 300385-new product code 300409)
EBT deals not changing
None, we’re extending the end dates on all products until 28th February so all BTL product transfer products are changing.
The current range of products will be withdrawn at 6pm Friday 16th October and the new products will available simultaneously.
