Accord have increased their BTL lending limits and the total max portfolio size for established landlords.
Details of these changes are as follows:
- Increased the total Group BTL aggregate lending for established BTL landlords from £1m to £3m.
- Increased the total number of BTL mortgages an established BTL landlord can have with YBS Group from 3 to 5.
- Increased the total max portfolio size for established BTL landlords from 15 to no limit (limit of 10 still applies for mortgaged properties).
