Great news! Your clients will now receive mortgage offers faster and more securely. 

Where we have a valid email address, we’ll now send mortgage offers to clients and solicitors via encrypted email. This change gives your clients a smoother, quicker experience – helping you deliver the exceptional service they expect. 

Postal delivery will only be used in exceptional cases and where no valid email address has been provided.

What’s changing? 

  • Quicker turnaround: By sending offers digitally via email instead of by post, clients and solicitors receive them much faster – helping you deliver an even better experience.
  • Secure and reliable: Emails will be encrypted for added peace of mind.
  • Your access stays the same: You’ll continue to view offers via the broker MSO portal as usual.

What do you need to do? 

  • Please make sure client email addresses are accurate when submitting applications.
  • If an email isn’t valid or bounces back, we’ll issue the offer by post within 48 hours (postal delivery times may vary). 

The new process will go live today and email will become the standard method for sending mortgage offers to clients and solicitors.
