Accord are opening up their 95% LTV mortgage product to home movers
Accord are now offering their 3.99% five-year fixed rate 95% LTV mortgage to all purchasers.
The lender re-entered the 95% LTV market exclusively for first–time buyers last month with strong demand for their product, but they are confident that they’ll be able to maintain good service levels while providing more choice for borrowers with the smallest deposits.
The product will be available to all home movers under the same terms. New build homes will not be included, nor will flats.
Only the product code and who it’s available to are changing, so the current product will be withdrawn at 8pm Sunday 18th April and the updated product will be launched at 9am Monday 19th April.
