Accord Residential New Business rates are increasing and end dates are being extended
Applies to: Residential New Business
The current Accord Residential New Business range will be withdrawn at 8pm on Monday 20th June and replaced at 9am on Tuesday 21st June with end dates extended to 30th November.
What’s changing?
- Accord are withdrawing and replacing the current product range
- End dates are being extended to 30th November
- Help to Buy rates are being increased by 0.40%
- Accord’s 7-year House Purchase/Remortgage rate will be increased by 0.60%
- Rates across the rest of the Accord Residential New Business range will increase by up to 0.35%
What else is changing?
- Our Discounted SVR range has been expanded
- Now includes cashback options as well as fee free options
When is this change?
- Existing products will be withdrawn at 8pm on Monday 20th June
- New products will be available from 9am on Tuesday 21st June
Accord Buy to Let New Business rates are increasing and discounted SVR products are being withdrawn
Applies to: Buy to Let New Business
The current Accord Buy to Let New Business range is being withdrawn at 8pm on 23rd June and new products will be available from 9am on the 24th June.
What’s changing?
- All 2 Year Fixed Rate products increased by 0.40%
- All 5 Year Fixed Rate products increased by 0.48%
- All 3 Year Fixed Rate products withdrawn
- All Discounted SVR products withdrawn
When is this change?
- The current product range is being withdrawn at 8pm on the 23rd June
- New products will be available from 9am on the 24th June
Accord are increasing rates across their Residential Product Transfer range, extending end dates and removing Product Transfer and New Business Discounted SVR rates temporarily
Accord are making changes to their Residential Product Transfer range. Existing products will be withdrawn at 8pm on Sunday 26th June and new products will be available from 8am on Monday 27th June.
Accord are also temporarily withdrawing their Residential Product Transfer and New Business Discounted SVR products at 8pm on Friday 24th June for New Business and 8pm on Sunday 26th June for Product Transfer. These will be re-launched in the coming days.

- All Product Transfer fixed rates are increasing by up to 0.60%
- All existing Product Transfer and New Business discount products will be withdrawn temporarily
- All Product Transfer end dates moving to 31st October
When is this change?
- Existing Product Transfer products will be withdrawn at 8pm on Sunday 26th June
- New Product Transfer products will be available from 8am on Monday 27th June
- All Product Transfer and New Business discounted SVR products will be temporarily withdrawn at 8pm on Friday 24th June for New Business and 8pm on Sunday 26th June for Product Transfer.
