On Thursday 25 June, we’re reducing rates in our Buy to let New Business product range. The current range will be withdrawn at 10pm, Wednesday 24 June and the new range will be available at 8am, Thursday 25 June.

On Thursday 25 June, we’re reducing rates in our Residential New Business, Product Transfer and Additional Loans product ranges. The current ranges will be withdrawn at 10pm, Wednesday 24 June and the new ranges will be available at 8am, Thursday 25 June.
What’s changing?
Residential New Business
- 65% LTV remortgage rates are reducing by 0.10%
- 75%, 80%, 85% fixed rates are reducing by up to 0.13%
- 90% fixed rates are reducing by up to 0.18%
- End dates will be extended to 31 October
Residential Product Transfers and Additional Loans
- All fixed rates are reducing by 0.10%
- End dates will be extended to 31 October
