We appreciate the market is volatile at present, and whilst not always possible, we will endeavour to give you at least 24 hours’ notice of any upcoming changes.
On Thursday 29 and Friday 30 January, we’re making changes to our Residential New Business, Product Transfer and Additional loans product ranges.
What’s changing?
Residential New Business – The current range will be withdrawn at 10pm Wednesday 28 January and the new range will be available at 8am Thursday 29 January.
- Withdrawal of FTB £500 Cashback, and £495 fee products at 75% and 85% LTV
- End dates will be extended to the end of May

Product Transfers and Additional Loans – The current range will be withdrawn at 10pm Thursday 29 January and the new range will be available at 8am Friday 30 January.

New Business
Please note that a full mortgage application must be submitted by the time of withdrawal to secure a new lending product. If you are yet to submit a DIP, please do so as soon as possible as any referrals will only be looked at during normal office hours.

If you wish to amend your client’s already offered product to a like-for-like deal you can do so via our switching form; however, this must be submitted no later than 14 days before the current product end date.
