New limited edition product and reduced rates across our buy to let mortgages from Thursday, 3 March 2022.

We’re delighted to let you know that we’re reducing rates across our 2 and 5 year fixed products for individual and company landlords with single residential properties.

We’ve also launched a new limited edition 5 year fixed rate for individual landlords. And don’t forget, we’ve increased our proc fee to 0.60% for buy to let!

Additional changes to our 2 year fixed reversion rates

We’ve simplified our reversion rate on 2 year fixed products for
individual and company landlords with single residential properties.

2 year fixed products now revert to Aldermore Managed Rate (AMR*) + 0.00% for all LTVs.

*The AMR is a variable rate set by Aldermore.18% to 75% LTV with 1.50% fee
