Buy to let update from the Aldermore team
We’ve made changes to support both complex and standard buy to let cases. These changes will give brokers more flexibility, improved affordability, and increased borrowing potential across the range:
What’s changed?
- Increased lending up to £2m 65% LTV and £1.5m at 75% LTV on (HMO & Multi unit freehold) buy to let applications
- Free valuations now available on HMOs up to 6 beds*
- Lower ICR thresholds across the range to improve affordability and borrowing potential
- New case management service to support HMO applications from start to finish
- Flexible conveyancing with managed or open panel options
- Assisted legal fees available on remortgages
